I am still hoping to organise a Private Visit and wine tasting at Berry Bros & Rudd in their 17th Century Cellar St James’s Street but would need some sponsorship as the venue charge is particularly hefty. From October, the Cercle Francais will be rekindled for those who want to practice their conversational French. The Annual Dinner of the Anglo-Belgian Society is on the 26th October at the St Stephen’s Club. Our Guest Speaker is the Comte Jacobs de Hagen. I shall be beating the grounds at St Bride’s in Fleet Street, tremendous fun with the Marketors on the 11th. The last dinner of the Season with the Whitefriars is on the 12th> The Ionian Society is sailing on the 15th, The CPFE se reunit (French Speaking Events Organisers) on the 17th. Carl Joseph plays Chopin at the Arts Club on the 19th. The launch of the Gay Professional Network is on the 20th . Liza is in London on the 21st .Peter Fisher together with another two Peters play at St John Smith Square on the 21st and for those with a larger purse entertain yourself in St Petersburg, Russia, with the War and Peace Ball.
